Job Summary:

Royal Crown Cargo and Logistics looking for Qualify and well Experienced Air Custom clearness agent 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Representing Royal Crown Cargo and Logistics in customs clearance process
  • Collection of documents for customs clearance of goods
  • Issuing customs documents, keeping records of relevant documents
  • Communication with the customs Staff
  • Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures and Oversee business processes.
  • Pay, or arrange for payment of, taxes and duties on shipments.
  • Pay charges, fees, or taxes.
  • Stay abreast of changes in import or export laws or regulations by reading current literature, attending meetings or conferences, or conferring with colleagues.
  • Update knowledge of legal or regulatory environments.
  • Request or compile necessary import documentation, such as customs invoices, certificates of origin, and cargo-control documents.
  • Coordinate regulatory documentation activities.
  • Advise others on legal or regulatory compliance matters.
  • Monitor or Check the shipments goods.
  • Monitor inventories of products or materials.
  • Confer with officials in various agencies to facilitate clearance of goods through customs and quarantine.
  • Obtain documentation to authorize activities.
  • Estimate the shipments costs of goods or services.
  • Obtain line releases for frequent shippers of low-risk commodities, high-volume entries, or multiple-container loads.
  • Obtain documentation to authorize activities.
  • Arrange for transportation, warehousing, or product distribution of imported or exported products.
  • Inform importers and exporters of steps to reduce duties and taxes.
  • Advise others on financial matters.
  • Maintain relationships with customs brokers in other ports to expedite clearing of cargo.
  • Suggest best methods of packaging or labeling products.
  • Advise others on business or operational matters.
  • Insure cargo against loss, damage, or pilferage.
  • Prepare and Process of the shipments form Ministry of Commerce

Job Requirement:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration;

·        A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;

·        The ability to lead and inspire those he is responsible for;

·        Speak and write Dari fluently, speak Pashto fluently;

·        Proficient in spoken and written English;

·        A solid team player.
