Duties & Responsibilities

1. Manage General construction activities at the project site.
2. Develop work plan for his relevant activities, achievements, results and make sure clear work plan for his area of work is done.
3. To undertake proper assessment of the site construction works and make sure that expenses are properly undertaken and quality output is obtained.
4. To manage the overall activities performed by the sub-contractors at job site.
5. Devise the construction work plan in accordance to the guidelines and requirements of USACE.
6. Make sure that the construction works are carried out on time.
7. Manage and conduct task division for project engineers and to evaluate their works to meet the deadline and good application of codes and standards based on the needs of projects scope of work
8. Overall design management of the projects.

Job Requirements

1. B.Sc. or higher in Construction Engineering
2. At least 4 years of professional experience SPECIFICALLY as Project Manager on USACE projects (prime contractor experience is preferred).
3. Fluent in writing, reading and speaking of English and local languages.
