Duties & Responsibilities

Convoy Team Leader would provide directions and guidelines to the convoy’s personnel before they start traveling.
To make sure that risk is decreased and escort force is properly guided and directed
Ability to communicate with Operations Center. And Project Manager
To ensure that operators are in place at the designated location all the time as per the client requirements of scheduled mission
To ensure the correct commodities/cargo are loaded on the proper trailers and operators are briefed on their destination; provide accurate, real-time status and reports when requested to the Operation Center or PM.
To communicate with Operational Center and PM throughout the entirety of the mission;
To ensure that convoy is in compliance with movement orders, regulations, security requirements, policies, operations orders, and timelines.
To coordinate all logistical convoys with convoy security prior to and during convoy movements; provide end to end in-transit visibility.

To Inspect Convoy Escort Team personnel and ensure they are dressed and equipped accordingly.

Any other task assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

High School or degree holder will be preferred
Minimum 3 years experience as a security supervisor or received training by Army or Police departments.
Must have Afghan Nationality
Able to speak English and local languages such as; Pashto and Dari
Basic Computer Skills and internet
Willing to visit with convoy to various regions of Afghanistan on mission.
