Duties & Responsibilities

1. Be available on a daily basis to teach the English Language for all level of students;
2. Teaching classes using methodology and materials appropriate to the context;
3. Undertaking regular assessment and preparing progress reports for each participant;
4. Acquiring suitable resources and materials for use in class and self-study;
5. Providing suggestions to the students for enhancing and building their capacity;
6. Ensure adequate preparation before taking each class;
7. To ensure the classroom management ;
8. Planning ,preparing and delivering effective lessons;
9. Preparing and setting tests, examination paper and exercises;
10. Marking and providing appropriate inputs/comments and feedback on oral and writing works;
11. Developing supplementary and producing new materials , including audio and visual resources :
12. Basic administration such as keeping students attendance record for management:
13. Any other duties as assign by supervisor;

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma in English language (DEL) from a reputable professional university and complete knowledge of English language like grammar, pronunciation, writing, and reading.

Experience: minimum of 3 years experience in related field and good office programs, computer knowledge

Languages: fluency in English, Dari and Pashto languages:

Desirable: S/He requires providing high level instruction for senior graduate students:
