Job Summary:

Finance Officer position with Cyber Telocom

Duties & Responsibilities:

•   Commitment to Cyber Telecom Services Mission, Vision, and objective

•   Implementation and follow-up of Admin, Procurement, and financial guidelines of CTS.

•   Establishment and maintaining of all the financial and admin data, and finance system.

•   Maintenance of all CTS files related to Finance and administration. And other summary reports relating to province activities.

•   Filing of all contracts which dealers to audit if dealer and CTS meet the term and conditions of the contract.

•   Filing tax returns on timely manner.

•   Maintenance of Inventory list.

•   Attending monthly meeting or any other required meeting inside or outside the organization

•   Ensure all the financial procedures are followed and adhered with CTS policy.

•   Arranging to settle creditors.

•   On time reports of Admin and finance section to HO.

•   Invoices and payment collection.

•   Team working to meet the organization objectives.

•   Implementation and follow-up of Admin, Procurement, and financial guidelines of CTS.

•   Establishment and maintaining of all the financial and admin data, and finance system.

•   Maintenance of all CTS files related to Finance and administration. And other summary reports relating to province activities.

•   Team working to meet the organization objectives.


Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Administration/ finance or relevant area

Knowledge of QuickBooks online

Knowledge of written and spoken Pashto, Dari, and English.

2 years of working experience in relevant field.

Good communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
