Job Summary:

To improve quality and patient safety through participating in developing Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA), ISO 9001:2015 and other quality related documents, medical record review quality management system implementation, patient legal affairs, mortality and Morbidity review and audits  

Duties & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate would be able to:

  • Assist in developing and implementation of policies and procedures for quality health care specially for medical division
  • Monitor continuity of care for patients across the hospital
  • Participate in quality related training activities
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits
  • Conduct post satisfaction survey
  • Stream line for customer feedback management system in hospital
  • Ensure the implementation of the quality plans
  • Meet regularly with supervisor for discussion and updating information
  • Initiate dialogue with different personnel and department to resolve complaints and to review performance to improve quality standards
  • Arrange/Strengthen mortality and morbidity review meeting
  • Investigate and follow up incident reported to Quality Department

  • Develop monthly and quarterly training report related to quality and patient safety including training report.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in nursing or midwifery from a recognized organization.
  • Ability to organize workload and identify priorities appropriately
  • Good interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Excellent English and computer skills.  
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Able to effectively manage conflicts
  • Have good knowledge and skills of data collection, and analysis and report writing.
