Drive, coordinate, and support the development and implementation of the organization's Safeguarding, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI and Advocacy policies across BRAC Afghanistan, with necessary reporting on compliance status to different stakeholders. This position also measures and manages cases of harm and abuse to staff, children and communities reported to and by the organization.
