Job Summary

The ACCA Lecturer will deliver high-quality instruction to students pursuing ACCA qualifications. The role includes preparing students for ACCA exams, providing academic guidance, and maintaining the standards of excellence that UCAC Academy upholds.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Teach ACCA papers at various levels, including Knowledge, Skills, and Professional levels.
• Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with the ACCA syllabus.
• Prepare students for ACCA exams through interactive lectures, assessments, and mock tests.
• Monitor student progress and provide personalized support where necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACCA syllabus changes and updates.
• Facilitate a professional and engaging classroom environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching quality.
• Participate in academic and professional development activities as required.

Job Requirements

• ACCA qualification (Affiliate/Member) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching ACCA or related courses.
• Strong knowledge of ACCA syllabus and exam formats.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms is an advantage.
• Command of Dari and Pashto is preferred.
