Job Summary

ACSS Assistant is responsible for all the duties which are explained under the duties and explanations, also he or she should address the details to the ACSS manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. System maintenance.
2. Send & receive inward & outward messages.
3. Register the inward messages into the reference book and send it to the related department.
4. Keep the electronic version of inward & outward messages in the PC.
5. Documents filing in the proper places.
6. Send or receive free formats and resolve Inter bank problems.
7. Prepare vouchers for system bills and maintain the record.
8. Direct contact with domestic banks and maintain contact details.
9. Direct contact with Da Afghanistan Bank payment department.
10. Prepare reports on Monthly, quarterly & annual basis, or upon request.
11. SWIFT system operator.
12. Cooperation in other sections.
Last two jobs until the responsible person Attend on it.
13. Clearing checks received from Customer in DAB.
14. Clearing checks received from Commercial bank in DAB.
15. Any task or duty which is assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

Must have Bachelor Degree in economics or BBA
Should have one or two years’ experience in the related field.
Should have knowledge of MS Office Package.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills – since you will interact directly with customers, good communications skills are mandatory, Dari, Pushtu, English
