Job Summary

1.Manages and supervises a range of operational functions as Customer Services and Cash activities in the branch.
2.Manages the commercial and operational units of the branch.
3.Is personal involved in generating new client contacts.
4.Maintaining existing client’s relationships.
5.Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate services and products.
6.Responsible for expanding the lending & deposit portfolio of the branch with quality new businesses.
7.Will develop, mentor and coach (new) staff, evaluate staff performances, prepare target plans to meet sales goals and will be involved in staffing issue.
8.Manages and supervises recording of static data and customer data.
9.Manages and supervises the purchasing of various supplies.
10.Responsibility for maintaining an adequate level of profitability.
11.Will be assigned other duties and responsibilities as may be required to meet the goals and objectives of the bank.

Job Requirements

1.At least University degree in related field.
2.At least 2 years progressive experience in the similar position.
3.Knowledge of loan structuring and treasury activities.
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Posses’ good organizational skills and an ability to work as part of team.
6.Be able to demonstrate initiative and an ability to follow instructions precisely.
7.Ability to analyze and solve problems.
8.Ability to communicate fluently, both orally and in writing in English, Dari & Pashto.
