Job Summary

Admin & Finance Officer Position with Setaragan Mutahed


Duties & Responsibilities

•   Checking, recording and verification of documents for operation and administration expenses.

•   Coordination with overall ASK offices for expenses approval, documentations & recording monthly expenses closing, filing, & reporting.

•   Monthly salary disbursement and Salary and rent taxes calculation with coordination of finance manager and making payments.

•   Business Receipt Tax (BRT) and annual tax returns calculation with the coordination of finance manager & making payments in bank & follow up with government authorities.

•   Licenses renewal and updating on time.

•   Preparing and processing travel expenses documents and reconciles various expenditure reports to source documents.

•   Classifying documents, Chart of account codes, log book and reviews for accuracy; matching supporting bills with procurement documents.

•   Maintaining and looking after proper utilization of department equipment, supplies, and fixed assets.

•   And other required task will be assigned by Finance Manager.


Job Requirements

Educational Background:

•   Diploma/Bachelor in Finance or Economics/Business Administration and or related field.

Experience:

•   2 years in Admin & Finance Officer.


Requirements:

•   QuickBooks software knowledge and experience is mandatory.

•   A team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility and honesty.

•   Be willing and able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required.

•   A self-starter, who is able to plan and manage his own work, takes initiative and strives to meet deadlines.

•   Proficiency with MS Office applications, extensive knowledge of a complete package of MS Office.

•   AIS (Accounting Information System).

•   Good English/ skills in writing, reading, and speaking.

•   Daily data entry to accounting system based on GAAP/IFRS.

•   Organize and maintain electronic and paper base used in organization financial management.

•   QuickBooks software knowledge and experience is mandatory.

•   Strong Communication & interpersonal skills.

•   Flexibility in working hours, Ability to work under pressure.
