Job Summary

The Temporary Human Resource and Administrative Officer is responsible to manage administration and HR activities in Country Office which will be only for 3.5 Months. He/she also takes responsibility to conduct tasks related to human resource. He/she will work closely under the direct supervision of Sr. Admin/HR Officer with Provincial Level staff to support Recruitment/Hiring functions of the operation go smoothly and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative tasks:
- Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office
- Manage the Service Contracts of rented house for office
- Manage the Stationary items & supervise the usage & distribution to the staff for use
- Making sure the stationary is purchased on time for efficient use
- Making sure all staff’s personnel files have the list of office assets provided to each individual
- Making sure the office asset is ordered for newly hired staff
- Responsible for the overall running of the reception operation
- Arrange the stationery for staff and meetings/workshops and assets of the office

Human Resource Tasks:
- Ensure to develop job descriptions for current/new positions
- Posting of New vacancies on job sites
- Receiving the Job Applications & Resumes for the new vacancies
- Making Sure the vacancy announcements are saved in soft & hard
- Making sure the Hard copy submitted Applications & Resumes are handed over at the time of shortlisting the positions
- Act as a reminder to the Sr. Officer while the contracts of staff are ended & required extension or Salary increments
- Maintain current organizational chart and current staff contact list
- Update the filling system and manage filing the office documents for both hard and electronic copies.
- Update & Maintain the Leave Balances of the staff & make sure the leave plan is updated by each departmental head
- Making sure all the necessary supporting documents are available during & after the recruitment & Hiring
- Assist the progress of job planning and performance management
- Provide coaching and training to direct staffs on HR & Admin functions
- Establish and maintain relations with government, labor union and other related personnel stakeholders
- Controlling the daily attendance records
Supervising the Admin/HR Assistant
- Monitor and record employee time sheets & Gate attendance report
- Conduct instruction for staff members about admin and HR procedures
Other related assignments.

Job Requirements

- At least 4 years of Progressive experience working as an HR and administrative officer for an international organization
- Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, and problem solving skills
- Be willing to occasionally travel for work, as required.

Very good computer skills on internet, MS office - Experience in team working - Able to work under pressure and deadline -
