Job Summary

Admin Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Organizing works and implementing administrative principles and regulations and ensuring a tidy, clean and safe working atmosphere.
2. Providing office facilities and preparing and distributing items and required materials to the employees of head office.
3. Planning and setting weekly and monthly session time of managers of head office and notifying approvals of meeting to relevant departments.
4. Taking timely action in repairing and renewing installed equipment’s of departments of head office by technical staff.
5. Supervising and controlling activities of housekeeping staff.
6. Arranging and organizing duties of drivers, implementing their duties and controlling vehicles based on circulation report book and providing fuel, gas spare parts as required.
7. Receiving and sending circulars, official letters from government and Ghazanfar Group subsidiaries as per instruction of directorate office.
8. Processing documents such charity and other contribution and delivering them to relevant departments after approvals.
9. Preparing Training schedules, Training and seminars for housekeeping Staff.
10. Supervising items of inside store room of head office before incumbent and strict controlling from entry and exit of items and properties.
11. Participating in meeting and programs organized and held by government and private bodies.
12. Writing and processing letters for Visa, Passport, Working permits and other letters on demand.
13. Arranging and filling all the documents related to admin department.
14. Performing miscellaneous duties the related to the position and other instructions issued by Chairman.

Job Requirements


Good Technical, Organizational skills and Interpersonal skills

Provide flexible and effective solutions to challenging situations

Able to work independently, in a team and under pressure.
1- Education;


Bachelor degree in BBA ( MBA is preferred)

2- Experience;

5 years experience in Admin
