Under the direct supervision of the Country Administrator the incumbent carries out the following duties:
I. Administration Follow ups:
a) Administration and FLAT
b) Liaison Statutory compliance
a) Administration and FLAT
 Administration Follow up in Capital and field,
 Premises follow up in all over the Country,
 Premises rental payments follow ups (Rents should be paid on time in order to reduce the rental fine).
 Premises taxes follow up in Capital and fields.
 Revenues follow up
 Office and Guest Houses follow up in Capital and field.
b) Liaison Statutory compliance
 Support Liaison Officer in Liaising with Governmental Offices, United Nation Agencies Non Governmental Offices and different embassies,
 Help Liaison Officer in terms of payments of Taxes to the Banks
 Coordinate with Liaison Officer the custom clearance of any materials Export from abroad with related Ministries of the Government in the light of NGOs law,
 Support Liaison Officer in terms of follow of travel internally and all over the world,
 Help Liaison Officer in obtaining Afghan visa, invitation letter for an Expat in the Country/abroad. Support Liaison Officer in obtaining different visas such as, Tajik, Pakistani, Indian, Indonesia Uzbek and ………etc,
II. Administration Reporting Follow Up
 Make sure the hard copies of all Premises Original Contracts are available in country office.
 To follow the FLAT documents (such as rental contracts, rental payment invoices, tax payments invoices, breaking contracts, visa bills, ticket bills and other documents) recorded in their folders regularly.
 Monthly follow up of premises in close collaboration of the bases,
 Follow up (collection) of the new rental contracts in Capital/bases and update HQ accordingly.
 Provide Country Admin with a monthly Administration management report (MMR)
III. Others
 Lettering follow up to Ministries of Economy Foreign Affairs, Finance, Interior and other Governmental Offices for different purposes,
 Follow up of English Note Verbal/letters to different Embassies, United Nation Agencies, and mobile Companies (ROSHAN, MTN, and Etisalat and AWCC) for different purposes.
 Follow up of received letters/inquiry letters from different sources.
 Quite frequent travel to bases,
 Follow up of FLAT meetings twice a month
Partially attending to the Monthly Coordination meetings

• Professional degree in business administration (BBA) from a reputable institute-D
• High school graduated E
• Extensive experience (minimum of 3 years) in the administration – E
• Ability to prioritize own/department workload, to work independently within a team and with initiative – E
• The ability to lead and manage the team – E
• Fluent written and spoken Dari and English are essential. Pashto is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude to bring positive changes – E
• Strong computer literacy: strong proven experience with word-processing and spreadsheets with analytical approach – E
• Sufficient credibility to influence senior management – E
• Commitment to delivering against agreed deadlines – E
• Experience and capability in motivating and training others in administrative procedures and concepts – E
• Knowledge about administration and general office management procedures – E
• Willingness to travel at short notice, and often in difficult circumstances – D
• Commitment to the aims, objectives and organizational culture of ACTED – E
