Job Summary

We are seeking an Administration Manager for overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions of the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and support various departments to enhance organizational efficiency. The Administration Manager is also tasked with supervising administrative staff, managing office supplies and facilities, and contributing to the development of administrative systems to streamline processes.


Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.

- Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

- Manage office supplies and equipment procurement, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and cost-effective purchasing practices are followed.

- Coordinate and manage office space, layout planning, and facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional work environment.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to administrative matters.

- Prepare and manage budgets for the administrative department, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

- Oversee records management, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Support senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.

- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in administrative processes and systems.

- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences to support organizational objectives.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the office environment.

- Act as a liaison between the administration department and other departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.


Job Requirements

- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of staff and external partners.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address administrative challenges and improve processes.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

- Understanding of budgeting and financial management.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative management software.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse teams and manage conflict effectively.

-Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing projects to successful completion.
