Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Administration Part
 To renew all contracts such as: internet, building, vehicles and other office related contracts
 To maintain and update vehicles log books and generators log book
 To maintain and update the inventory lists of main office and site offices
 To draft letters in English and local languages
 To maintain proper hard and soft filing system for administration section
 To follow up on monthly basis with Roshan, Etisalat, Multinet, Neda and other clients’ invoices
 To arrange pick & drop services for hotel arrangements of employees & international guests
 To supervise all support staff (cook, drivers, cleaners, security guard & other support staff)
 To keep & provide stationeries for the staff & assure we have enough stationary in the stock
 To do any other tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time
 He/she reports to Administrator

Procurement Part
 To purchase/procure all required materials/equipment for the main office & site offices
 To apply standard rules and regulations in procurement and purchasing of needed items
 To get quotations for the needed items
 To follow up with the suppliers for office needs
 To translate the invoices in English before submission to the Finance Dept.
 To coordinate with Finance Dept. regarding the procurement issues
 To do any other tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time

Job Requirements


BBA, BCS, Economy or bachelor from any other related field

At least 4 years of professional working experience in a similar position

Good knowledge of English and local languages speaking, reading and writing

Ability to communicate in a cross cultural environment

Effective communicator and well tempered

To be able to work under pressure and deadlines

Knowledge of MS Office and Internet

Honest and accountable

Knowledge of procurement rules and regulations is a must
