The visiting faculty advisor shall advise and help establish master’s degree programs in the Faculty of Engineering at Kabul University in electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering
The faculty advisor for VTC and VTI shall conduct a thorough review of the curricula of both energy and water training programs and provide revisions and improvements. This work
will be done in coordination with the directorate of each vocational school, the MEW, and the Ministry of
Higher Education as needed. In addition, the advisor must design the certification training courses described above that will eventually be taken over by the VTC/VTI Instructors.
Experience with Ministry of Higher Education and the USAID/Education Development Office’s AUS/WfD program.
Experience establishing master’s degree programs in the Faculty of Engineering at Kabul University in electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering and experience in designing certification training courses in both energy and water training programs and providing revisions and improvements
