Job Summary

The Agent Network Management Officer is tasked with overseeing and managing the organization’s agent network. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training and developing agents, monitoring their performance and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of Agent Network Management Officer include but not limited to:

ü Recruitment and Onboarding Agents: Source and onboard new agents, conducting necessary checks to ensure suitability and developing effective onboarding programs.

ü Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance agent’s skills, facilitate ongoing learning and monitor their progress.

ü Performance Management: Establish performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to improve agent’s productivity.

ü Relationship management: Build strong relationships with Agents, address their needs, and implement retention strategies.

ü Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, providing training on compliance matters.

ü Reporting and Analysis: Maintain performance records and prepare reports for management, analyzing data for improvement.

ü Strategy Development: Work with senior management to create and implement strategies that optimize agent performance.

ü Technology Utilization: Use technology for performance tracking and training while staying informed about industry trends.

Job Requirements

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field

Experience: Relevant experience of 2-3 years in agent management or sales with a proven success record in team management.

Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities, along with proficiency in relevant software and compliance knowledge.

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude toward mentorship.

Ability to efficiently communication in English, Dari and Pashto Languages.
