Job Summary

Responsible for implementation of Agriculture activities and provide technical skill for the trainees both practical and theoretical.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily and weekly supervision of Agriculture trainings.
• Report on weekly bases to Project Manager.
• Make sure that training is moving according to plan and identified curriculum.
• Make sure the required materials and tools are available.
• Transfer knowledge and information to trainees in production /processors and traders on agricultural new technologies and researches.
•
• Provide technical support to beneficiaries in field and provide theoretical training in the center
• Provide training and Increase Capacity building of trainees in agriculture training such as nursery and kitchen gardening
• Advise and train trainees on Agribusiness development and agricultural support program
• Facilitate Market officer for market linkages with product/services of trainees.
• Facilitate market officer for Job placement for graduates.
• Any other duty assigned by Project Manager

Job Requirements

• Should possess a degree from Agriculture University
• At least, 3 years of experience in agriculture development training programs/projects preferably directly handling any of the mentioned project components .
• Capacity building and facilitation skills
Conceptual and analytic thinking
• Computer and English skill
