Job Summary

 Being Responsible for Airport Pickups, drops of GTZ country office, Projects, GTZ IS, staff consultants and expatriate

Duties & Responsibilities

 Maintaining Mobile logs and providing the short term consultants with mobile and Sim card,
 Processing the custom document in coordination with the Logistics Unit Manager
 Assisting the dispatch officer
 Maintaining and follow up of the Airport Pickups and drops schedule.
 Providing the consultants and expatriate with Emergency Contact list in the Airport,
 accompanying the guest to their resident places
 Processing the KIA registration car for GTZ Country Office, GTZ IS and Projects staff, consultants and expatriates,
 First Point contact.
 To give the welcome Package to new passenger in airport.
 Coordinate with the airport if GTZ have visitors from headquarter.
 Preparing the contact list for all arrivals passenger at airport.
 correspondence with GTZ Projects
 Any other duties as advised by the by dispatch adviser

Job Requirements

 High school Graduate.
 At least 1 years of working experience in a similar position
Further Knowledge
 Excellent command of MS-Office
 Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems (telephone, fax, e-mail, internet)
 Language skills
 Must able to speak English and writing and good understanding in advantage.
