Ensure that the briefings provided to service suppliers by the Station Supervisor or Senior Emirates Official on duty are acted upon and that the required level of service is provided. Any deficiencies to be corrected or reported to the Airport Services Supervisor.
Be available to assist Emirates passengers with any problems which may arise such as no-rec, excess baggage, baggage mishandling, missed connections.
When denied boarding’s are likely, endeavour to find suitable volunteers for \"Options\" Scheme in order to avoid other passengers being forcibly denied boarding.
In the case of delays or major disruptions, assist as directed by the Airport Services Supervisor in providing passengers with meals, accommodation, re-bookings with the help of staff provided by the GHA in order to minimise inconvenience to passengers.
Ensure that various post flight messages have been despatched by the GHA and originate any additional passenger service messages required to facilitate passenger handling at down line stations and destinations.
Complete various post flight activities such as, compilation and despatch of TLS, reconciliation of flight coupons and assemble flight file so that any future queries can be dealt with.
As directed by Airport Services Supervisor, prepare Revenue Documents envelope and various statistical returns required by Area or Head Office Management so that the information is available in a timely manner.
Ensure that correct action is taken by the GHA in respect of any AHL or OHD on the flight and ensure that subsequent follow-up action is taken and that passengers are kept informed.
Cover duties as directed from time to time by the Airport Services Supervisor or Senior Station Official on duty.
Ensure SKYWARDS members are provided appropriate services as per their tier level and procedures.
Monitor stationery stocks on a regular basis and reorder when appropriate.

Must have a pleasant, outgoing personality and good inter-personal skills.
At least 3 years’ experience in airport ground handling services.
Should have successfully completed relevant professional training courses required for the position, such as, Passenger Services, Reservations & Ticketing, Baggage Services and recognised training in Behavioural Skills.
Graduate or equivalent with fluency in oral and written English.
Must have the right to live and work in Afghanistan. The Company will not provide or assist with obtaining work permits.
