بر اساس تخمین سازمان صحی جهان، هر سال نزدیک به ۲۰۰۰۰ افغان به انواع مختلف سرطان مبتلا میګردند در حالیکه بیش از۱۵۰۰۰شخص هر سال می میرند. شایع ترین انواع سرطان در افغانستان عبارت اند از سرطان ثدیه، مری، معده، لب/ دهن، عنق رحم و ریه .

وزارت صحت عامه به ارائه خدمات صحی و معالجوی با کیفیت و معیاری به مردم متعهد است. با توجه به افزایش انواع مختلف سرطانها در میان مردم و عدم موجودیت یک مرکز جامع سرطان، وزارت صحت عامه تصمیم دارد تا یک مرکزرا جهت ارایه خدمات وقایوی، تشخیص مقدم، تداوی و مراقبت حمایوی ایجاد نماید.

Job Summary

فراهم نمودن شرایط مساعد انستیزي قبل از عملیات ، درجریان عملیات و مراقبت های لازمه بعد از عملیات

عرضه خدمات صحی به مریضان سرطانی و تربیه دوکتوران جوان در این عرضه بهبودی کیفیت کاری در قسمت عرضه خدمات صحی به ، وارتقأ ظرفیت مسلکی دوکتوران جوان، ارتقاع ظرفیت کاری شفاخانه ها،رفع نیازمندیهای وزارت صحت عامه از نظر قوای بشری.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. تنظيم امور انستيزي قبل در جريان وبعد از عمليات ها براي مريضان

2. مسوليت جمع آوري ارقام دقيق و به موقع مريضان تحت تداوي مطابق رهنمود ها ، فارمها ولوايح کاري

3. رسيده گي به تمام هدایات داده شده جراح دراثنای عملیات

4. مراقبت تمام وسايل وسامان آلات انستزي جهت فعال نگهداشتن آنها

5. راجستر تمام واقعات پلاني و عاجل وارايه لست مواد قابل مصرف بخش انستيزي

6. حصول اطمینان ازادویه و سایروسايل عاجل دراطاق ريکوري وعمليات خانه

7. تنظيم وتهيه سامان و وسايل انستيزي مورد نياز دراطاق ريکوري وعمليات خانه دراوقات ضرورت

8. انجام نو کريوالي مطابق تقسيم اوقات تهيه شده توسط اداره شفاخانه

9. تطبیق اصول و معیارات وقايه انتان وسایر معیارات تعین شده در عملیاتخانه بصورت متواتر

10. اشتراک در تهيه پلان کاري ستندرد ها مطابق ارزيابي ربع وار و تعقيب پلان کاري تهيه شده

11. اجرای نوکریهای شبانه مطابق به جدول تهیه شده از طرف شف سرویس.

12. همکاری نزدیک با سر همشیره وارد در قسمت درخواست و توزیع ادویه مورد ضرورت مریضان داخل بستر.

13. حل پرابلم های سرویس مربوطه با تفاهم با ترینر متخصصین و شف سرویس.

14. انجام ساير وظايف مرتبط به وظیفه که ازطرف اداره شفاخانه سپرده ميشود

Job Requirements

1. درجه تحصیل: فوق بکلوریا در انستیزی و به لسانس ارجعت داده میشود

2. تجارب لازمه: داشتن 1 سال تجربه در قمست انستیزی

3. تسلط کامل به لسان های ملی کشور

4. آشنای کامل با لسان انګلیسی

5. آشنای کامل و دسترسی به کمپیوتر و انترنیت

6. مهارت در افهام و تفهیم و مدیریت

. تسلط کامل به لسان های ملی کشور

Note:
