Job Summary

The Anti-Money Manager is responsible to monitor banking transactions in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering requirements set by Da Afghanistan Bank.

Duties & Responsibilities

Electronically submitting the Large Cash Transaction (LCT), Political Exposed People (PEP), and Suspicious Transaction reports to Da Afghanistan Bank.

Providing AML advisory support to the Bank and handling enquiries from laws of Da Afghanistan Bank.

Communicating and coordinating with relevant departments on anti-money laundering related issues and condom

cting internal AML training sessions.

Performing AML functions on an on-going basis, including detection and reporting of suspicious transactions, and AML risk assessment when required.

Developing risk monitoring systems and maintaining the AML related database for the Bank.

Responding to compliance review, internal, and external auditors.

Ensuring that the AML functions are fully implemented and kept up to date.

Obtaining and reviewing Know Your Customer (KYC) forms.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree masters degree will be preferable in finance, accounting, banking, economics, or related field;

Five years experience in related field.

Familiar with Afghanistan rules and regulation.

Ability to analyze things.

Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Supervision skill.

Leadership skill.

Able to communicate in Pashto, Dari, and English.

Office package C.B.S ( Core Banking Solution)
