Job Summary

Creative ASGP requires to hire two drivers to operate Civilian Armored Cars. The selected candidates will be required to attend a two day training course on 30 and 31 July 2010. Confirmation of employment will be subject to successful completion of the course. The incumbent will maintain activities according to ASGP operational requirements and will report to the Administration Officer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applications are sought from candidates who can clearly demonstrate in a cover letter and CV the following experience/competencies:

• Formal education not required.
Able to read and write Dari and Pashto
• Basic English Language very strongly preferred.
Valid driving license
• Previous driver training provided by Security Companies, Embassies, and or NGOs

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of driving experience with IOs and/or International NGOs.
Experience of Driving Civilian Armored Vehicles strongly preferred

Other requirements:
Familiarity with VHF radios and the usage of call signs preferred.

Flexibilities:
Able to travel to any provinces of Afghanistan when/as needed.
