Job Summary

Revenue assurance system is one of important application which needed by company where from that system useful information can control and ensure the revenue integrity of the company.
It is essential for all operators to act and have a strong revenue assurance framework, not only to comply with the regulator standards but also to ensure the collection of every dollar that is owed to the company.
Core Telco Revenue Assurance undertaking all activities related to traditional RA; identifying leakage and improvements from provisioning, CDR tracking, rating, billing, and invoice settlements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of Revenue Assurance solution to ensure better revenue control
• Liaise with other departments, obtain, analyze and reconcile reports to ensure prevention of revenue leakage
• Develop prepare and analyze different Revenue Assurance reports.
Ensure error free billing operations, deployment of key revenue assurance applications/solutions, fraud management.
Manage and supervise the revenue assurance staff by prioritizing and assigning. Workflow accuracy and ensure all revenue assurance requirements are met.
• Conduct timely and effective performance reviews for all revenue assurance personnel
• Responding to reports made through the various fraud reporting mechanisms
• Analyzing alarms within the RAID system. Outputs will include: Producing management reports, exception reports for operational areas of the business. Where fraud is detected, ensuring that a case file / report is produced.
• Ensuring all major networks are fully reconciled with key KPIs in place for senior management
• Developing all team members, undertaking appraisals, ensuring personal development plans are in place

Job Requirements

• Strong skills on RAID revenue assurance tool. Having experience with RAID SW and WeDo technologies.
• Strong analytical skills
• Linux/Unix Environment
• Sql Loader
• Very good knowledge in SQL/PL SQL
• Very good team worker
• Ability to work under pressure
• 2 years minimum in project management.
• 5 years minimum in the telecom BSS
• Good communication skills
• Able to grasp new concepts
• Eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies
• Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is Preferred
