About Allamah Institute of Higher Education

The ALLAMAH University (AU) is a private university and one of the highly qualified universities that provide academic and research services in the country. ALLAMAH University was established on the basis of philosophy that only by spreading knowledge and upgrading awareness one can overcome people’s problems. ALLAMAH University as a legal entity prepares its study programs according to the rules and regulations Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Ministry of Higher Education. ALLAMAH University as a legal entity provides knowledge and research services that are innovative in regards to its structure and revision of curricula is a continuous and ongoing process. The revision is initiated by individual faculty members depending on requirements with a view to keeping step with the changing needs. Practically in the Board meeting, some of the old courses are revised or some new courses are introduced. Allamah has the privilege to successfully graduate 2000 students from BAA and BCS, meanwhile ALLAMAH university provided graduated students with short-term courses, such as English, German, Turkish language, MS Office, ICDL, Designing, and workshops of career counseling, educational counseling, and general psychology workshops, and so on. Allamah’s proved on graduated students, most of them have got jobs both in private and governmental sectors

Job Summary

ﮐﺎرﻣﻧد ﺑﺳت ﻣﺗذﮐره استاد کادری علمی بوده که اساسی ترین وظیفه آن تدریس در رشته های کمپیوتر ساینس و اقتصاد میباشد.

Duties & Responsibilities

• تدریس مضامین مربوط مطابق رشته به طور نظری و علمی.
• تالیف، ترجمه و نگارش مقاله های علمی.
• تحقیق و سروی های علمی.
• اشتراک در محافل علمی.
• تهیه مواد درسی برای مضمون یا مضامین مربوط.
• حل مشکلات درسی محصلان از طریق حل تمرین ها و دایر نمودن درس های مشورتی و اضافی.
• همکاری با اعضای کادر علمی و محصلان منحیث استاد رهنما طبق معیارهای قانونی.
• همکاری با دیپارتمنت و اداره پوهنحی در امور اکادمیک.
• شتراک فعال در کمیته ها و شورا های علمی اعضای دیپارمنت و سایر اعضای کادر علمی یا دانشمندان خارج از پوهنتون.
• ارائه طرح ها و ابتکارات به منظور بهبود امور دیپارمنت و پوهنحی .
• دایر نمودن امتحانات و ارزیابی پارچه های امتحان محصلان پوهنحی.
• ابراز نظر در مورد آثار و فعالیت های علمی اعضای دیپارتمنت و سایر اعضای کادر علمی یا دانشمندان بیرون از موسسه
• سایر و ظایف قانونی.

Job Requirements

• ماستری در ﯾﮑﯽ از رﺷﺗﮫ ھﺎی اﻗﺗﺻﺎد و ﯾﺎ اداره و ﺗﺟﺎرت و کمپیوتر ساینس
• 2 ﺳﺎل ﺗﺟرﺑﮫ ﮐﺎری در در تدریس
• ﻣﮭﺎرت ھﺎی ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ھﻣﺎھﻧﮕﯽ و ارﺗﺑﺎطﯽ ﻋﺎﻟﯽ
• ﺗواﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﮑﻠم ﺑﺎ زﺑﺎن ھﺎی ﻣﻠﯽ ﮐﺷور و آﺷﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ زﺑﺎن اﻧﮕﻠﯾﺳﯽ
• اﺑﺗﮑﺎر ﮐﺎری و ﺳرﻋت ﮐﺎر در ﮔزارش ﮔﯾری و ﮔزارش دھﯽ
• داﻧش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ از ﻗواﻧﯾن ﺧدﻣﺎت ﻣﻠﮑﯽ، ﻗﺎﻧون ﮐﺎر، و ﺳﺎﯾر ﭘﺎﻟﯾﺳﯽ ھﺎ
• داﻧش ﮐﺎﻣل در ﻣورد اﺻول اﻣور ﮐﺎرﮐﻧﺎن، اﺳﺗﺧدام و ﻣدﯾرﯾت ﻋﻣﻠﮑرد
• ﺗواﻧﺎﯾﯽ در ﺗﺣﻠﯾل و ﺗﻔﺳﯾر ﭘﺎﻟﯾﺳﯽ ھﺎ، ﻣﻘررات و طرزاﻟﻌﻣلھﺎی اﻣور ﮐﺎرﮐﻧﺎن
• ﺗواﻧﺎﯾﯽ در ﺗﻧظﯾم و ﺗرﺗﯾب ﮔزارش ھﺎی ﺗﺣﻠﯾﻠﯽ ﻣﺎھوار، رﺑﻌوار و ﺳﺎﻻﻧﮫ
