About Ministry of Public Health

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) is tasked with a critical mandate; to deliver and promote sustainable and accessible health care services to the people of Afghanistan. Social and economic advancement can only be realized in a thriving and healthy society. The success of the MoPH is heavily driven in its ability to plan and use allocated resources effectively. Effective financial management is therefore critical for sustainable development and is the primary tool that translates the MoPH development strategies into noticeable outcomes or service delivery. Good governance and democratic accountability relies on transparent management of the MoPH budget. Therefore, ineffective financial management undermines the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions and hinders the country’s progress towards improved and sustainable health care. MoPH finance directorate is going through a reform process and after reviewing the structure of finance directorates of other line ministries such as MRRD, MoE and MAIL, has proposed a new and standard structure that is approved by MoPH leadership, for this purpose MoPH needs a qualified staff for the mentioned position.

Job Summary

: پیشبرد امور اداری، تامین ارتباط با مدیریت ها

Duties & Responsibilities

1. مرور مکاتبات وارده و صادره جهت امضای آمرین، طی مراحل توسط کارمندان ذیربط دیگر و تنظیم اوقات ملاقات ها حسب ضرورت؛

2. تنظیم جلسات سیمنارها ورکشاپ ها در داخل دفتر. 

3. برقراری ارتباط با سازمان های مربوطه برای برنامه ریزی و اجرای پروژه های مشارکت عامه و خصوصی PPP 

4. راپوردهی در قسمت ختم کار پروژه های مشارکت عامه و خصوصی به مسئول واحد PPP

5. ایجاد ارتباط موثر و حمایت اداری برای واحد مشارکت عامه و خصوصی

6. مدیریت دفتر به نحوه ایکه روحیه همکاری و محیط مسلکی در همه اوقات ترویج و رعایت گردد

7. تنظیم جلسات منظم، تهیه صورت جلسه و خلاصه ای از اقدامات که صورت میگیرد و پیگیری پیشرفت ها در موضوعات از قبل برنامه ریزی شده.

8. حفظ و نگهداری سیستم فایلنگ و حصول اطمینان از ایمن بودن اسناد محرم.

9. پیگیری ضرب العجل ها، تعهدات، اقدامات انجام شده و هماهنگی در جمع آوری و ارائه گزارش به مسئول واحد

10. ترتیب پیش نویس مکاتبات روزمره، موضوعات اداری داخل دفتر، یادداشت های جلسات عمومی و غیره.

11. ترجمه اسناد و مدارک از انگلیسی به زبان های دری و پشتو و بالعکس آن حسب ضرورت.

12. انجام هر گونه وظایف مرتبط دیگر که توسط مسئول واحد تعیین می گردد.

  

Job Requirements

1. حداقل فارغ صنف دوازدهم باچهار سال تجربه کاری اداری و یا دو سال تجربه کاری متذکره با سند لیسانس تجارب کاری در بخش متذکره با پروژه های بانک جهانی ارجعیت داده میشود.
