Job Summary

This position will perform a wide range of duties, required on Technical part of ATM Operation.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.   Regular checking of ATM console and finding out the problems on the ATM

2.   Making daily plan for the location which they need to be visited

3.   Performing the ATM full maintenance based on received plan from ATM unit

4.   Fixing of All ATMs problem

5.   Assisting branches if their ATMs are facing with problem

6.   Repairing of ATM parts if possible

7.   Giving ATM spare part reports to Electronic banking Manager based on request

8.   Training of ATM money counter on first level of ATM maintenance

9.   Train the staff assigned, in the branches for conducting ATM Activities

10. Installation of new ATM parts

11. Installation and removal of ATMs

12. ATM CCTV cameras monitoring

13. Monitoring ATM down time and up time

14. Replaying emails of branches related to the ATM  

Job Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or Bachelor degree on IT (BCS)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE                                                      

At least 2 years of experience in ATM operations required

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Computer Knowledge

Extensive knowledge of automated teller machines and applicable software

Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with machines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
