Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducts audits to verify accuracy of records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures. Compiles audit findings and recommendations for modifications and improvements to systems and procedures.
• Study of policies, procedures, banking regulations and their compliance in every filed in accordance with the plan.
• Regular Inspection of all the key departments of bank according to time table.
• Assessment of all cash document (correspondence) related to vault which have been processed legally.
• Routine checking of transactions in order to prevent AML and miss use.
• Accurate Inspection of all current, saving and fixed deposits according to approved action plan.
• Regular checking and control of current account and their statements in order to prevent over draft.
• To prevent the Assessment of organization and expenditures of bank that weather it is in accordance with purchase amendment or not?
• Deep assessment of loans and L/Cs both import and export and all other loans in plan according with the international criteria.
• Inspection of all income and expenses of bank and their follow up with related documents.
• Checking of bank’s liquidity and accountability in accordance to central bank’s rules and regulation, keeping in mind the quick and broad liquidity ratio.
• Providing a transparent and accurate report from assessment of all departments to related senior auditor.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration and related fields with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken English/Pashto and Dari.
- Proficient in MS Office Packages.
