Job Summary

The incumbent is responsible to ensure Business Control Department has smooth functionalities by using Business Control Department Policy, Process & Plan.

Duties & Responsibilities

To develop Business Control Roll-out plan.

To train back office operation & Order Entry staffs on back office & Order Entry activities.

To develop strategies and plan on back office stocks, achieving system correspondences, logistics, SIMs, SIMs writer.

To develop log in process for direct and indirect sales.

To develop Service Level Agreement with related departments.

To create a mechanism in order to distribute marketing materials in their respected zones.

To be in touch with Regions , Sales Dept, other Customer Experience Departments, & Marketing for any marketing correspondences.

To work on Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience process and implement it.

To work on Back Office Application Software.

To work on Business Control Department expansion in the long run.

To come up with ideas, recommendations, suggestions in order to have a smooth functionalities in Business Control Department.

To be responsible for all customer service activations

To have a cordial relation with other departments.

Any other task assigned by Customer Management Manager and Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree is required

2-3 years of Work-experience in Service, Hospitality, Retail, Telecom industry.

Proven Record in Business Control. Self Motivated and good leadership qualities.

Should have knowledge of English and Dari (knowledge of Pashto is a plus).
