Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity working with one of the leading one-stop centers in the field of Information Technology. Reporting directly to the COO of Grand Technology Resources, the Biometrics & Enrollment Team Lead will be responsible to jointly work with GTR\'s Technical Cluster and clients, and undertake all Biometric related activities. He/She has to manage, coordinate, oversee and deliver all Biometric & Enrollment related data management business process and statistical activities. He/She will lead a professional team associated with these activities.

Duties & Responsibilities


Serve as a Team Lead by overseeing all the activities carried out by the Biometric and Enrollment teams.

Act as a primary POC for all Biometric and Enrollment related activities with GTR\'s clients and partners overseas.

Ensure that the Standard Biometric/Enrollment procedures and guidelines are adhered and followed.

Provide tools to perform in-depth technical analysis; plan, identify and recommend related solutions to GTR\'s clients.

Review the related procedures and guidelines developed by GTR\'s clients and partners and provide professional inputs to ensure that Biometric/Enrollment data is handled efficiently in accordance to standards.

Maintain time-lines and regular Biometric/Enrollment related status reports and ensure that the information is shared with the team and the higher management.

Play a major role in developing Biometric/Enrollment work-flow diagrams and procedures for GTR\'s clients.

Conduct meetings with GTR\'s clients and ensure that their requirements are noted.

Work closely with other Technical Teams within Technical Cluster, encouraging active collaborations and open communication within the company.

Develop and enforce accountability between team members to meet commitments.

Conduct Biometric/Enrollment related research, and recommend improvements to Biometric in place.

Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with ethics and policies suggested by the company.

Job Requirements


Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems or other ICT related domains.

Other Professional and Expert International Level Certification is an advantage.

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in ICT related fields.
