Save the Children, Multi Location
The BPHS Coordinator oversees the activities related to the project implementation and oversight BPHS components- mobile health team, health sub-center and Community Health Worker Training.
In consultation with senior manager health plan, implement monitor and evaluate all project implementation components.
· Ensure full participation by all partners and stakeholders in project planning, implementation and M and E activities.
· Recruit, train and supervise all project staff and identify staff development opportunities for staff.
· Coordinate with relevant department as needed to ensure coordination and collaboration on project/related sector activities.
· Liaise with NGOs to strengthen direct and related project activities/initiatives.
· Submit regular activities report as required by the donor and Save the Children.
· Organize regular staff meetings and ensure effective communication within the project and between other sector/projects.
· Provide technical assistance to partner in Urozgan.
Qualification and Experience
Essentials:
1. MD degree, Master degree will be preferred.
2. 4 - 6 years experience in the relevant field in INGOs.
3. Understanding of BPHS.
4. Good Report writing skills.
5. Knowledge of govt. policies.
6. Good communication, interpersonal and Negotiation skills.
7. Fluent in local languages (Pashto and Dari).
8. Understanding of computer (Ms Office and emails).
9. Ability to work as part of a team.
10. Ability to travel to the district.
