Based in Kabul, Mazar,Sheberghan, Qayesar, Charikar, Taloqan, Maymana, Herat, Andkhoy;
1)Duties
1)Human Resources Tasks:
a)Control the monthly vacations, sick leaves, and special event leaves, etc;
b)Supervise the maintenance of the HR filing system;
c)Make sure that all staff of the branch are respecting OXUS HR policy
d)Control the monthly Titanic (Payroll) reports, leave balances and food allowances;
e)Create and update all data concerning national staff in the HR Management software;
f)Collect CVs and cover letters and short-lists applications when requested;
g)Initiate interviews and conducts them with the management and the relevant technical staff;
2)Administrative Tasks:
a)Administrative follow up of items to be purchased for the branch
b)Require approval from management according to the provided budget
c)Implement purchases according to OXUS Finance & Logistic Procedures (Taking of quotations, fill purchase request…)
d)Track all fixed assets, maintain proper inventory lists, and conduct regular amortization of these assets according to Afghan laws and OXUS Afghanistan policies.
e)Make sure that the Office Presentation is according to OXUS Standards
f)Manage and control booking of cars;
a)Booking and preparing meeting rooms and arranging appointment;
b)Ensuring travel arrangements are booked accurately and in good time;
c)Maintaining and updating of directories;
d)Centralizes all legal contracts regarding premises;
e)Performs other administrative duties when requested;
3)Finance Tasks:
a)Conduct with the cashier daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Cash Count and reconciliation
b)Conduct reconciliations between the accounting and the loan tracking software.
c)Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
d)Maintain strong cash management checks
e)Ensure to respect the current procedures of OXUS Afghanistan in all transactions,
f)Supervise cashier, check daily cash count report, manual cash books.
g)To maintain bank book.
h)Conduct monthly reconciliations between the accounting and loan tracking software; make sure of the correctness of the data entered by users.
4)IT Tasks:
a)Install and maintain the loan tracking software
b)Ensure that the security of the branch’s data is protected through weekly and monthly backups of all loan tracking and financial software information;
c)Ensure that OXUS IT Policy is implemented in the branch;
d)Maintain the network & E-mail connections;
e)Take the responsibility of all IT Hardware in the branch;
5)Operation Tasks:
a)Participate to Loan Credit Committees
b)Contact delinquent clients when necessary
c)Marketing Focal Point for the branch
a)Afghan National;
b)Atleast 12 grade;
c)One year experience in the similar positions;
d)To be fluent, in reading, writing, and speaking of the local languages;
e)To be flexible, having positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure;
