We possess advanced technology infrastructure which enables our clients to access financial services through their mobile phones securely, quickly and conveniently. Our services are available to everyone, particularly individuals who may not have access to traditional banking services. We offer significant opportunities for improving the efficiency of digital financial services by expanding access and lowering transaction costs. We provide a customized electronic payment solution. Aurum Afghanistan facilitates digital financial transactions, which includes services such as mobile wallet to mobile wallet, bank 02 to mobile wallet, mobile wallet to bank, electricity and other utilities bill payments, merchant’s payments, AfPay card services, payments through PoS machines and other prospective electronic payments services.
Job Summary
The purpose of the Branches network Manager is to achieve quality business growth for Aurum Afghanistan. The responsibilities incorporate Client Management, Overview of Branches Operations Activity for Aurum Afghanistan existing and new clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Responsible for prospection, Training of the agent for any Aurum Afghanistan clients distributions.
Drive acquisition, training of Aurum Afghanistan subscribers, institutions and SME’s.
Develop strategies to attract and retain agents, merchants, and Master-agents.
Manage Aurum Afghanistan Distributions by conducting weekly quality operational audits to verify agents and branches liquidity, trade visibility and timely resolution of queries.
Work closely with the various Aurum Afghanistan functional teams to deliver the specific administrative, regulatory, sales, distributions, marketing, technical, projects and payments goals across Afghanistan.
Identifying any Mobile Money business opportunities and report any competitor activity in the operational and market environment in Afghanistan.
Lead the operations team in representing Aurum Afghanistan at exhibitions, events and promotions countrywide.
Actively conduct special periodic Aurum Afghanistan coverage, distributions, pricing, product, project and promotional investigations in order to guide effective Business development countrywide.
Actively work on Business Development section and provide necessary support to the Business Development Unit.
Coach, monitor and evaluate of the input and output KPIs for the Operations team, Agents in order to ensure achievements of the preset performance targets.
Provision of comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethical conduct.
Any other tasks/ assignment to be provided by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Operations and Commerce or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience at Branch Management , Operations, Customer Services or Sales environment.
Computer Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Digital Payments Systems and outlook.
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
Excellent Customer Service and strong interpersonal skills.
Must have a high level of integrity, be a team player and adhere to time keeping.
Experience in trade or corporate market development will be an added advantage.
Able to communicate complicated operational issues, with effective presentation skills.
Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
Able to work under pressure and promptly meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self – motivated, flexible and able to work with negligible supervision.
Computer literate and comfortable using Applications.
Product Knowledge, Accountability, Dependability, Attention to Detail and Time Management.
