About Afghanistan Stabilization Program

Job Summary

Experience working with international organizations and broad understanding of conditions and capacities in Afghanistan.

Duties & Responsibilities


Work with the MoF on different aspects of budget preparation and budget execution.

Make sure that all financial transactions are carried out and recorded in accordance with standard financial procedures of the government of Afghanistan.

Maintain financial security and ensure implementation of internal accounting controls and audits.

Handle all ASP’s financial activities within the finance department and MoF.

Record daily transactions in the Financial Management Information System.

Assist in Anticipation of budgeting requirements of ASP departments in different fields

Assist in presenting information about quality of available allotment in budget quarters to accounting office

Assist in control and implementation of budget

Assist in preparing M16, Take care of Tax payment, recording and follow of the documents in MoF and DAB to make sure the receipt are conformed in personnel relevant Security Numbers.

Any other task assigned by ASP Budget Officer.

Job Requirements

Must be High School graduated, or university degree is in related field.
