The Terminal Manager is responsible for and has responsibility for and oversight of the 24/7 bulk terminal operations with SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT being the highest priorities. Manage staff of operators. Work with and coordinate with Transportation to ensure the receiving and shipping of all fuel is being done accurately and efficiently. Manage lead, train and develop all employees. Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. When requested, participate in customer meetings to build relationships. Responsible for terminal maintenance, upkeep, and overall functionality. Maintain and develop safety culture among all employees. Participate in and promote corporate initiatives. Ensure that employees receive the proper training to perform their jobs. Routine interface with accounting, maintenance, engineering and other terminal support teams. Routine communication and coordination with other corporate departments. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent of 10 years industry experience.
Prior experience working with US/NATO forces in austere conditions (e.g. Afghanistan, Iraq, etc.)
Extensive background in liquid fuel bulk terminals.
Background and experience in truck transport loading, unloading.
Competency in mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair.
Strong organizational and leadership skills for a multifaceted work environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication
Detail oriented and customer focused.
Ability to troubleshoot operational problems.
Familiar with applicable Federal, State and Local regulatory agency requirements for handling, storage and transportation of refined fuel and/or crude oil products.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company and its insurers.
Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge, above the minimum requirements, not required but advantageous in this position.
Must be able to see well enough to read gauges, precision measuring instruments, schematics, maintenance manuals as needed.
Must be able to talk and hear well enough to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and others within the company 100% of the time.
Must be able to reach with arms and hands to perform inspection, maintenance and repair duties when needed.
Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, kneel, squat 100%.
Must be able to use hands to grasp, handle, and feel 100%.
Must be able to climb and balance well enough to mount equipment by climbing up and down steps as needed.
Must be able to lift, up to, 50 pounds without assistance
