Job Summary

MOAM, a leading logistics company in Afghanistan, is expanding its network to provide efficient courier and logistics services across the country. To achieve this goal, MOAM invites motivated individuals or entities to partner with us as agents. Agents will be responsible for setting up and managing local offices, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the company's growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

The selected Applicants will be responsible for:

1. Office Setup:
2. Identifying a suitable location for the office.
3. Setting up the office with needed infrastructure (e.g., furniture, internet, electricity, CCTV).
4. Sales and Operations Management:
5. Managing day-to-day courier and logistics operations.
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
7. Selling MOAM’s portfolio.
8. Financial Management:
9. Covering operational costs such as office rent, utilities, and other necessary expenses.
10. Maintaining financial records to ensure transparency and submitting monthly performance reports to MOAM.
11. Business Development:
12. Actively promoting MOAM's services in the assigned area/region.
13. Acquiring and retaining customers to ensure steady business growth.
14. Collaboration with MOAM:
15. Ensuring compliance with MOAM’s branding and operational guidelines.
16. Participating in training sessions and implementing company policies.

Job Requirements

Interested candidates or entities must:

1. Have prior experience in logistics, courier services, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Be financially capable of covering initial setup and monthly operational expenses.
3. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Demonstrate commitment to customer service and business growth.
