Job Summary
Assist in providing leadership to day-to-day operations and management of the activities of the Sales Department, while maintaining focus on Moby Group’s strategic goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the sales and management team
Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.
Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Assist in establishment of performance goals for all Sales Department employees and monitor performance on a continual basis.
Assist in development and implementation of strategic sales plans, objectives and goals, including individual and department revenue targets, and budget preparation.
Ensure the preparation of sales forecasting, maintain up-to-date reports on sales activities, compiling and analyzing sales figures, and any other reports as required by the Directors.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company, to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Application of market research, competitor, and customer surveys to prepare sales and marketing presentations.
Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
Exploring and growing the client account list; seeking out and directing new customers and sales opportunities; initiating action plans to advance and procure new business for the company.
Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for broadcast related functions and sales reporting purposes.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to provide accurate financial reporting, to manage billing and invoicing processes, and to ensure collection of receivables.

Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/functions of Moby Group.
Liaise with other Moby Group departments/functions as necessary to perform duties, aid business and organizational development.

Job Requirements
Minimum of University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field/ BBA/MBA degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5-10 Years of Experience
Good Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent spoken and written English, Dari and Pashto-languages skills.
Professional attitude and strong desire to work in a fast paced sales & marketing environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior media and/or advertising sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
