Maintaining all advances track record in the designated system.

Assure approved advance request form before issuing any cash.
Receive cash and checks and issue receipt vouchers.
Support all FSP components within Ministry of Finance and provide guidance on management of imprest petty cash system.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Cash Management Officer is responsible to report to Finance and Accounting Director
Maintaining all advances track record in the designated system.
Follow up with advance holder to clear their advances.
Assure approved advance request form before issuing any cash.
Receive cash and checks and issue receipt vouchers.
Support all FSP components within Ministry of Finance and provide guidance on management of imprest petty cash system.
Update cash book on a daily basis and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports, and maintain daily cash count and send them through email to Accounting Manager and Finance & Accounting Director.
Deal with all petty cash related transactions and compute and record totals of transactions.
Maintaining proper filing system.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual cash flow statement to management.
Making sure that the petty cash amount in the custody is highly safe, secure and protected.
The locker passwords shall be kept confidential and the keys shall be kept in high supervision to avoid any misuse.
Preparing Bank reconciliation at least once in week.
Preparing advance reconciliation report on monthly basis.
Considerable interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant field with 2 years of relevant work experience, partially studied ACCA/FIA is highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal English, Dari and/or Pashto skills required
Ability to work in under pressure circumstances
Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
Creativity, strong analytical and problem solving skills are a plus point
Job Requirements
