Job Summary

Afghan Cyber ISP/ICT Company is hiring Cashier & Collection.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accomplish daily assigned task and report to Line Manager.
• To support company staff in daily cash payment; to staff, supplier and beneficiaries, this includes with ensuring cash availability and following up any outstanding payment, issues and record the transactions into cashbook.
• Maintain regular cash reconciliations as per schedule agreed, keeping update cash and salary advance register, and follow up any outstanding advance (s).
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions and Ensure accuracy of all data required for processing financial transactions to assigned accounts.
• Record, follow up and reconcile daily accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Reconciling the control and subsidiary ledgers of receivable & Payables.
• Update internal systems with financial data and maintain all accountant update.
• Verifying & Recording Daily office expenses 
• Verifying & Recording staff salary advance.
• Preparation of staff salary advance report at the end of each month
• Checking contractor invoices for payment and recording.
• Review daily financial documents prior to reimbursing.
• Prepare Payments document and ensuring that all payments is properly supported, and authorized before payment are made.
• Maintain a proper filing system (hard copy) for finance section and responsible in scanning finance transactions document for monthly report submission to HQ.
• Supporting staff in understanding finance procedures and documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Collection of Customers payment on daily basis.
• Follow up of customers payment on daily basis
• Report the customers daily collection to the line manager.
• Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

• At Least 12 Class Graduate & Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economic with strong knowledge of Accounting will be an asset.
• Quick Books Knowledge would be an asset.
• Minimum 3-4 years of progressive experience in Finance (Experience in an ISP Company would be an asset).
• Good knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Computer Skills (Good Computer Knowledge)
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Communications skills.
• Strong customer relation & problems solving skills
• Able to communicate in Dari, Pashto & English.
• Able to work long hours when needed.
