Job Summary

The incumbent is responsible for providing leadership, vision and oversee, monitor, control and evaluate Finance division. Develop and execute high-end strategies aligned with Business plans and goals. Ensure finance excellence is embedded, ensure Manuals and systems are updated and exhibit best Financial & Accounting practices.


Ensure teams are motivated with clear guidelines to achieve current and future targets. Effective and efficient reporting systems are in place to draw various business trends in a cost-effective manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

o Responsible for overall financial vision and direction of the company in line with the overall business strategies.

o To look for the financial opportunities prevailing in the market, delivers increasing the shareholders value and achieve targets.

o Close monitoring of the overall financial market situations.

o Formulate financial strategies in accordance with the financial position of the company. Take major financial decision based on the updated financial information.

o Contributes to the development of the company and business both within and outside Finance function.

o Oversee, monitor, and control, functions, and role of Finance Wing.

o Ensures Finance excellence is embedded throughout the company in support of delivering the objectives.

o Delivers increasing the shareholders value and achieve targets.

o Devise, enhance and modify accounting manual to address changing needs of EA.

o Devise and develop strategies to improve and implement sound financial policies and procedure.

o Build link of financial policies and procedures; aimed at achieving financial objectives of the company.

o Oversee and monitor strategic functions and role of existing “Financial Systems” in EA and work for its up gradation as per changing needs of the company.

o Provides cost effective way to enhance governance.

o Manages the financial reporting and accounting; as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts.

o Plans, directs, and monitors financial systems and strategies.

o Provides / revises various financial policies and procedures through the development and maintenance of the Accounting Manual and circulars to ensure proper guidance for EA's various operating units, its regional offices.

o Directs the company’s financial strategy, contribute to the development of the company and business guiding other functions in contributing to the overall business.

o Leads and integrates all financial information for effective and timely decision-making.

o Helps to translate business strategy into operations and capital plans / budgets.

o Foresees overall financial health of the group companies.

o Maintains shareholders’ and other stakeholders’ confidence in the Company and its financial integrity through application of sound internal controls and corporate governance strategies.

o Not only considers the financial dimensions of the organization but also look for the financial opportunities prevailing in the market.

o Delivers increasing the shareholders value and achieve targets.

o To enhance the output and provides cost effective way to enhance governance.

o Monitoring the overall activities of Planning and Controlling, Revenue and Treasury, Statutory Accounts and Taxes.

o Directs the company’s financial strategy to align with the current financial position of the company.

o Develop and implement the best-in-class RAFM solution and practice.

o Develop cash management strategy, to maintain company’s ability to pay its debt.

o Working on securing overdraft, LTL, to finance company investment.

o Maintain a good relationship with banks, central bank, Tax authorities.

Job Requirements

Education: Min Bachelor degree preferably MBA Finance or CA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA

Years of Experience : 20 Years with 5 years of Senior Management Level experience
