Develop and implement marketing and branding strategy (ies) for the Marketing & Business Development of the Azizi Bank, taking into account its current profile within the Azizi Bank. This strategy (ies) will define, strengthen and promote the brand and effectively market Azizi Bank’s services/products.
Coordinate and manage the preparation, publication and dissemination of Azizi Bank knowledge products and services, in consultation with the CEO to determine the best media to achieve its dissemination goals.
Conduct/implement effective knowledge management practices for the marketing team, and drive the communication and dissemination of marketing knowledge projects and activities within the Azizi Bank Staff.
Manage and implement a strategy to increase Azizi Bank visibility within the country, via events (workshops, conferences, brown bag lunches, Bank events, etc.), publications, meetings, etc.
Lead in the maintenance of Azizi Bank’s web-bases platform, by (i) assisting in the day-to-day management of Azizi Bank web-bases platform (e.g.; budget monitoring, communicating with vendors, maintenance of web performance statistics, and responding to inquiries from clients); and (ii) helping to develop new content for Azizi Bank web platforms, including its discussion forums and online communities, in coordination with Azizi Bank senior staff.
Develop Azizi Bank’s communication materials, including press kits, fact sheets, brochures and graphic work. This will include the necessary video editing, proof-reading and copy editing.

To provide a forum for decision on new market opportunities.
To raise the Azizi Bank awareness of market perceptions
Prepare any required updates to Azizi Bank’s Communications Strategy.
Desired Candidates profile: Knowledge of Afghanistan Market particularly having liaisoning with Corporate Clients/ UN/International organizations to boost the Business of the Bank. Strong Analytical skills and ability to think strategically, Strong communication and presentation skills in English/Dari/Pashto.
i.MBA/Post graduation degree with Specialization in Marketing or related area.
ii. Professional certification in Marketing & Business Development strategies isprefered.
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant Professional position in financial institutions or Service Sector. - Experience in Marketing, Product Launch, Sales etc. - Having Minimum 2years’ experience in Banking/Financial Institutions’ Marketing will be given preference.
