Job Summary

To be able to implement this project, CPAN wish to hire 15 Child Friendly Space Facilitators

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare weekly schedule of activities for the CFS

Conduct activity based life skills sessions and recreational activities

Identify and refer children with psychosocial problems to the psychosocial officer for management

Support and train Assistant CFS facilitator

Facilitate monthly meetings with parents to provide update on the progress of their children and discuss about child rights and child protection

Job Requirements

Job Specific Competencies


University Degree in Psychology or Education

Experience in teaching children

Good communication skills (Pashto and dari)

Behavioral Competencies:


Friendly and caring

Patient and persevering
