Job Summary

Civil Engineer/ Business Development Manager/ Pricing estimator in Afghanistan for Construction and logistics clients (US CORPS OF ENGINEERS, USAID, UN, PRT) like; international organization working for the reconstruction of Afghanistan.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Working with Technical Department.
2. Cost estimation (Bill of Quantity)
3. Project Management.
4. Receiving and submittal of RFQ and Proposal.
5. Site visit and attending pre construction meeting.
6. Interaction with client.
7. Logistics Management.
8. Finding project related material supplier from around the world.
9. Documentation work for the company matters
10. Well versed with Microsoft word, excel and internet.

Job Requirements

• Civil engineer having more than 10 years of experience in varies field of civil construction, architectural and Interior design.
• Ensuring completion of project within the time and cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• To monitor schedule deviations and propose corrective action/work around solutions.
• Executing all construction activities such as concreting, masonry works, electrical works, plumbing works, tiling and finishing including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site management activities.
