Based in Kabul;
1.Cleaning all Offices.
2.Cleaning all paneled windows, doors and glass screens, stairs, corridors and entrance areas including open compound.
3.Cleaning all toilets, urinals and wash basins.
CLEANING SPECIFICATIONS (DAILY)
Empty all waste bins and place rubbish in central position for collection
Dust all windows, frames, fire extinguishers, furniture, cabinets, shelves, including removal of cobwebs
Brush sweep all hard floors in offices, corridors, stairs, etc. and remove spillages and stains by mopping with cleaner disinfectant
Vacuum all carpeted flooring in office.
Clean and sanitize all toilet seats, basins with cleaner disinfectant
oUse disinfectant to clean the floors, and scrub with brush
oUse disinfectant to clean the Toilet, and scrub with brush
oUse a clean rag and disinfectant to clean the sink/wash basin
oUse glass cleaner to clean mirror
oDry sink/wash basin and toilet seat from excess water
oHand Drying Towels must be washed daily. Hand drying towels are not to be used to clean the bathroom.
oToilet brush must be kept in bucket or other container so that germs do not flow across the floor.
oALL cleaning materials, rags, mops, and chemicals must be kept in a secure location, outside of the bathroom
Replenish supplies such as toilet rolls, soap, air freshener, etc.
Vacuum and clean meeting room after lunch as well as assist cook in cleaning up of dishes after lunch service.
Hourly checks on the floors/offices, washrooms, pantry, staircase area and in front of the office to tidy up, replenish supplies and dispose of refuse. Including the cleaning up of coffee/tea used materials.
oEMPLOYEES are expected to properly dispose of their tea bags in trash cans.

Mob buckets and mob sticks
Sweeping brooms
Dusters
Window cleaning equipment
Hand gloves
Litter pickers
Scrubbing pads

Toilet cleaner/disinfectant
Cleaning detergents for upholstery
Glass cleaner
COOKING DUTIES
SCOPE OF WORK/OBLIGATIONS
4.Cooking all breakfast meals for appropriate staff – guards and drivers
5.Cooking for all lunch meals for office staff.
6.Providing coffee and tea settings for office staff – morning and afternoon
SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS (DAILY)
Provide Tea/Coffee setting for Each C-Level employe personally; morning and afternoon.

oCoffee, Sugar (with its own spoon), Creamer.
oSpoon
Provide Tea/Coffee setting for general office; morning and afternoon
oTea Plate
oCups – one for each employee at his/her desk
oSpoon – one for each employee at his/her desk – no sharing should be expected as this transmits germs and can spread sickness.
oCoffee, Sugar (with its own spoon), Creamer.
Lunch to be served at 12:30pm in the meeting room.
oSet up no earlier than 12 noon
oMeeting room cleaned by 2pm
oServing spoons to be provided for each dish served so that no sharing of used spoons is needed; reducing the chance of the spreading of illness which could cause loses of productivity of staff.
Dishwashing liquid must be used for the cleaning of all pots, pans, dishes, cups, and utensils after every meal and after every tea service.
Morning tea/coffee should be set up no later than 8am.
Afternoon tea/coffee should be set up fresh no later than 2:30pm.
