Duties & Responsibilities

Clean the rooms, windows, corridor, chimney, bukhary, and others according to plan

Keep clean and save the vacuum, broom, texture, powder and soap in save area

Transfer any letter and document to related department of MoPH as per need

Responsible for turning on/off the generator, water pump and other electrical equipments and take care properly.

Ensure that gas & electric heaters in winter season; or air-conditions in summer are functioning properly

Upload /download minor asset in office

Any other related duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

Primary education required.

At least one year work experience with government or non-governmental organization in related field

Excellent communication skills and behavior

Reliable, Honest, Objective and hard worker

Ability to work under pressure, and to work long hours

Must be a self-motivated person, capable of learning new skills

must be able to perform each essential duty with satisfactory results

self-motivation and good diplomacy skill
