Job Summary

Under the overall supervision of the Operations Manager, the incumbent of the position is responsible for ensuring the cleaning of the IRD Office premises.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Respect rule and regulations of the organization, obey and respect superiors, having honesty, integrity and commitment.
2. Train and supervise newly hired cleaners.
3. Check all IRD offices/guesthouses to make sure that all the office equipments are neat and clean.
4. Help and assist other cleaners as and when needed.
5. Look after stocks and report any damaged assets to respective supervisor.
6. Report respective supervisor of any absence of cleaners.
7. Any other task assigned by respective supervisor(s

Job Requirements


EDUCATION: Primary local education.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years work experience in the relevant trade, preferably with national or international organization.

SKILLS: knowledge of job context.



LANGUAGES: Dari and Pashto. English knowledge will be a valuable advantage.

GENERAL: Willing to work long hours and under pressure. Regular attendance is essential.
