Duties & Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the communication component of the CCT program

Developing the work plan, operations manuals, technical annexes, communication material and training guidelines for the communication component of the project

Working collaboratively and in consultation with Ministry stakeholders and donors

Leading consultative workshops regarding the communication component of the project

Job Requirements

This position requires professionals with extensive background (minimum 3-5 years experience) in communication part of CCT programs. The applicants must be willing to be based in Afghanistan and should at least have the following:

minimum bachelor’s degree in communications and or social science

At least 3-5 years experience working on CCT programs in the South Asian region

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Excellent English writing skills
