1. Delivery of appropriate and approved basic computer lessons for different grades.
2. Preparation of daily lesson plan.
3. Preparation of course materials and curriculum (e.g. Handouts, manuals, exercise etc).
4. Maintain and troubleshoot the computer hardware and software problem for the PSDD computer lab.
5. Able to follow-up the given course outline and complete courses on time.
6. In computer courses introduction to basic windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), MS Outlook and basic computer hardware will be taught.
7. Teaching the Internet programs, browsing and downloading data.
8. Instructors should develop training curriculums, materials and exercises for students.
9. In all courses the instructor should assign homework and weekly quizzes. When the level of Computer completes, the instructor should provide exam to students and those who pass the exam will advance to the next level.
10. Prepare schedule of modules and courses on the basis of placement tests.
11. Maintain computerized attendance records and student progress.
12. Monitor student progress, administer progress tests and prescribe remedial work.
13. Award certificates of achievement at each level of instruction to successful candidates at the end of a course
1. High school graduated.
2. D-I T/Diploma in computer science is required.
3. At least three years of work experience as computer instructor.
4. Fluency in English, Pashto and Dari is required.
5. Good verbal and writing skills in national and English language.
6. Strong interpersonal and organizational skill is required.
7. Willing to delegate and ability to act on own initiative.
8. Experience of mentoring and training would be an asset.
9. Experience in developing training manuals and curriculum.
