Duties & Responsibilities

1.Able do to Estimate deferent kind of Horizontal Structures
2.Able to Estimate deferent kind of Vertical Structures
3.Able to Estimate Culverts, Bridges and Cause Way.
4.Work in Kabul Up on USACE Projects.
5.Able to read the USACE Scope of Work
6.Able to read the Design Drawings of USACE Projects
7.Perform construction inspection and monitoring of construction operations.
7.Inspect the item of work assigned and ensure compliance with the contract documents including the plans, technical specs.
8.Need to do any other work given by authority from time to time.
9.Able to prepare USACE projects’ estimation.

Job Requirements

1.Civil engineering degree. (Master degree is preferable).
2.Minimum Five (5) years experience in USACE Projects.
3.Should have computer skills such as MS office and 4.engineering required programs / Auto CAD and etc.
5.Excellent knowledge of English is required.
6.Must be familiar with the US Military (USACE) projects.
7.Should be able to use internet and websites.
8.Must be very good in engineering software, such as Auto cad and etc.
